Meet Camryn

Wellness has always been about creating a life where you feel strong, balanced, and confident. I believe movement and mindfulness are powerful tools for improving not only physical health, but also how we show up in our everyday lives.

I earned my degree in Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, which shaped my passion for building meaningful experiences and helping others create positive change. My journey in wellness began through movement, earning my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification in 2020 and later becoming an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with specialty certifications in Strength & Conditioning in 2023.

Through personal training, yoga, meditation, and sound healing, I create personalized wellness experiences that meet people where they are. Whether working one-on-one with clients, leading group classes, or bringing wellness into workplaces, my goal is to make health and wellbeing feel approachable, sustainable, and empowering.

I believe wellness is not about perfection; it’s about building habits that support a stronger body, a clearer mind, and a more balanced life.
